Commitment
Infrastructure That Lasts
Execution Discipline that Lasts
We began as a residential solar company, helping homeowners access distributed power. As markets evolved and demand accelerated, so did we.
From residential rooftops to utility scale solar. From solar to battery storage. From individual projects to fully integrated energy platforms serving utilities, IPPs, and hyperscalers.
Our scale has grown. Our mission has not changed.
Today, Strata develops, builds, and operates large-scale renewable and storage assets across the United States. Our projects strengthen grid resilience and support long-term infrastructure modernization. But our commitment runs deeper than megawatts.
We design for longevity because energy infrastructure should outlast market cycles and headlines.
Built to Perform for Decades
Sustainability is not about marketing claims. It is about durability. We engineer assets designed to perform reliably and responsibly for 25, 30, 40 years.
That means:
- Rigorous engineering and design for real world conditions, while protecting natural resources
- Sourcing from responsible, bankable manufacturing partners with proven track records
- Safety first construction and quality assurance at every stage
Regulatory and compliance management - Operational protocols that preserve asset longevity and grid reliability
- Transparent reporting and accountability year after year
Infrastructure built to last is infrastructure that delivers value across generations.
Business Model Aligned with Long-Term Stewardship
Strata does not build for short-term turnover. We build to operate. We invest in projects, communities and outcomes alongside our partners.
We retain ownership in more than 50% of the projects we develop. That ownership stake means we are accountable for performance a decade from now, not just at COD. It means procurement decisions prioritize durability over lowest cost. It means operations teams are empowered to maintain and optimize assets rather than extract maximum near-term revenue.
Financial strength, disciplined procurement, and rigorous operations are not separate from long-term stewardship. They enable it. When developer incentives align with operator incentives, infrastructure gets better.
Our Values
Community at the Core
Our projects create local tax revenue, landowner income, workforce opportunities, and economic benefit in the regions where we operate. As long-term owners and operators, we remain present in those communities. We engage transparently throughout development and construction. We support workforce development and local partnerships. We operate with accountability to the communities that host our infrastructure.
Building a Better Way
From site selection and engineering through procurement, construction, and operations, we apply consistent standards. Responsible sourcing. Safe construction. Environmental and community sensitivity. Transparent reporting. These are not checkboxes or initiatives. They are how we operate. We work with partners that ensure our infrastructure strengthens reliability while minimizing impact.
