Strata’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams protect performance, grid reliability, and long‑term value across utility‑scale solar and storage portfolios. We operate most of what we build, so every decision in development, EPC, and asset management is made with decades of operation in mind.

In 2025, Strata’s O&M division recorded a 0.00 TRIR. Today we oversee 270+ PV and BESS assets across 25 states, supported by 180+ full‑time O&M professionals and 24/7 monitoring from our Remote Operations Center.

Reliable infrastructure does not stop at commissioning. Our job is to make sure every asset performs the way the pro forma said it would. The same owner’s mindset that shapes our other capabilities shows up every day in our O&M.
