We Build It Like We Own It, Because We Do.

From Early Mover to Multi-Gigawatt Owner

We have been building solar since 2010, from our first 1 megawatt commercial project to more than 1 gigawatt installed within eight years. Since then, we have taken solar across multiple states and markets, constructing over 285 solar and storage assets and keeping more than half in our owned fleet.

That history shows up as proven discipline for better site selection, realistic schedules, and designs that hold up when the weather, soil, or interconnection study do not cooperate.

Solar That Works With the Grid, Not Against It

Strata’s solar platforms start with grid realities, where capacity exists, where upgrades are likely, and how storage or dispatchable support can strengthen a node. We have secured more than 200 interconnection agreements and learned how to navigate clustered studies, readiness rules, and regional bottlenecks with preparation, not wishful thinking.

Our projects are engineered to fit within real grid limits while still unlocking meaningful capacity and value.

We build for the now, but design for the future.
We Own the Outcome Because We Own the Assets

We make decisions as a long-term owner, not a short-term seller. Our EPC and O&M teams sit under the same roof as our IPP business, so trade-offs are visible, not hidden in someone else’s budget.

That mindset shows up in availability, operating costs, and the way assets perform in year 10 and beyond.
